Name of our company has two stories that reflect our nature. It is combination of two words in Serbian language IT (as information technology) & kako (how) which reflects thru curiosity in everything we do. It also means double confirmation that reflects our delivery culture.

Sales Development Manager

As the first member of our sales team, the Sales Development Manager role is a pivotal one. This position presents an excellent opportunity to shape and influence the future direction of our sales department. You will collaborate directly with the CEO and business managers, fostering close working relationships that will be important to the future company’s growth and success.

  • Develop and implement strategies for sales process from prospecting to negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Identify potential leads through various methods of outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email outreach, sales campaigns and networking events
  • Grow the pipeline of opportunities and provide an accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities in our CRM system
  • Help (re)define and structure an appropriate data-driven / KPI-based sales funnel for leads
  • Lead the onboarding of new clients and support managing relationships with current ones, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Have a clear understanding of client needs and work closely with business executives in order to tailor packages accordingly
  • Be our advocate in networking events and support marketing activity
  • Be a sales and growth mindset promoter while collaborating with colleagues at all levels
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in IT software sales with direct revenue accountability
  • High level of technical expertise and a deep understanding of IT solutions and services (previous experience in IT is a must, outsourcing is a plus)
  • Experience in building opportunities' pipeline through outbound activities – market research, business analysis, networking, and referrals
  • Experience in leading the full sales process – from prospecting through deal signing to growing the existing business
  • Experience in working with the companies at different growth stages – start-ups, scale-ups and enterprises
  • Well-established network within an industry
  • Thorough market knowledge and the ability to identify high-potential target clients and growing industries to focus sales efforts effectively
  • Highly motivated, results-driven and able to work independently
  • Strong networking, partnership building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal
