About Project

We worked on the software development of user interface components and wireless Android-iOS platform integration for Android system application running on specialized embedded device capable of projecting useful information in front of a car driver, onto a head-up display (HUD), like in an airplane cockpit. It plugs into the OBD-II port of a car and shows information such as current location on a street map, speed, engine RPM on a transparent screen. It supports Bluetooth connection to the driver’s mobile phone for navigation, taking calls, messaging and media playback control.
